Scott Recovery Fund

IDescription: Italic need to help dear friends get this information out to as many people as possible! I know that tragedies happen in this world on a daily basis, and if we are fortunate enough to not be affected by them we just go about our lives not paying them much thought. Sadly, our close friends are experiencing a tragedy in their family, but we have the opportunity to help!Last week one of my closest friends, Bree Schvaneveldt, informed me that her sister's husband had been hit by a car while on a bike ride. Scott's medical condition is critical and he remains in the hospital. He and his wife Ashley are currently living in Arizona while Scott attends medical school at Midwestern University, he was in his third year at the time of the accident. Scott has suffered a traumatic brain injury and the chance that he will be able to return to medical school and carry on his life as planned is unlikely. Because of this, as well as problems with insurances, Scott and Ashley have been left in a difficult situation financially. A recovery fund has been set up by Bree Schvaneveldt at Wells Fargo and America First. Please follow these links to read more about the accident and this amazing person.

I do not know Scott and Ashley as well as I would like to. I attended the same church ward as them for a period of time before they moved to Arizona. The little time I did know them, I can tell you they are outstanding people. I have had the pleasure of becoming close to Ashley's sister, Bree who can attest to how special this couple is. If you can help even a little bit, please follow the Facebook link for information on how to donate. As you already know, every little bit helps!Thank you so much family and friends!
